Baked Oatmeal Recipe
Preheat oven to 350F
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
4 beaten eggs
6 cups flaked oats
1 1/2 cup milk
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a medium bowl, mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
Add remaining ingredients and pour batter into a glass 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
Serve warm with a dash of milk and your preferred toppings. Brown sugar and cinnamon, maple syrup, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, raisins or pecans.
